Chris returned to Theatre Royal Windsor for his fourth consecutive year to join Aladdin on a magic carpet ride in Windsor’s pantomime spectacular.
The fantastic cast was led by Wendy Craig, the BAFTA award winning actress known for her roles in Butterflies and The Royal. She will be joined by BBC’s I’d Do Anything runner-up and acclaimed star of West End hit Cabaret, Samantha Barks as Aladdin, and ’60s pop icon Jess Conrad as Abanazar – promising a musical sensation of a show!
CITV’s legendary family favourite Emu starredwith Toby Hull as the Chinese Policemen, so audiences can expect the usual mad-cap antics from this impressible duo, guaranteed to keep the big kids as well as little ones entertained.
Completing the all-star line-up were Coronation Street and Waterloo Road’s Poppy Jhakra as Princess Jasmine, Heartbeat’s Stephen Blakely as Wishee Washee, and last but by no means least, Theatre Royal’s treasured dame Michael Sharvell-Martin. We will also had a very special appearance by Tony Blackburn as The Man in the Mirror.
Featuring our fabulous live band and terrific company of actors, dancers and singers, Aladdin played at the beautiful Edwardian theatre from 9 December 2009 to Sunday 10 January 2010.
